At BYPAA, we do understand that plans have to change at last moment sometimes. That's why if you can find another session your child would enjoy, we are more than happy to transfer registrations and alter the price accordingly. Additionally, if you can find another child to replace yours, that is also easy to accommodate. 

 

As we are a not-for-profit, we have the following conditions regarding complete cancellations:

 

3-4 weeks before: Full refund

2 weeks before: 50% refund

7 days before: No refund sorry
